Non-governmental  the organization "Philosophical and Humanistic Association" (NGO “FGA”) is a non-political, non-commercial, self-governing, voluntary public association, which directs its activities to the further development of civil society in Ukraine, the development of humanitarian disciplines, and support for the achievements of the scientific activities of domestic scientists and social scientists.  

FGA was established in 2001 and since then has been conducting its activities with the direct support and cooperation of the Institute of Philosophy named after H.S. Skovoroda of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as a non-political, non-commercial, voluntary public association aimed at the further development of civil society in Ukraine, the development of humanitarian disciplines, support of achievements scientific activity of domestic scientists-social scientists.

The main goal of the FGA is to promote the scientific research of specialists in the fields of philosophy and religious studies, to hold events to support talented youth.
